All reports are treated in strict confidence and the identity of the person reporting is protected, in accordance with current regulations.
Protection against retaliation

Every report is investigated diligently, objectively and impartially by qualified, independent staff.

Applicable legal framework
This channel is set up in compliance with Spanish Law 2/2023 of 20 February on the protection of persons who report regulatory breaches and on the fight against corruption, which transposes Directive (EU) 2019/1937 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 October 2019.
Nuprifrio Solutions S.L. guarantees that every report received through this channel will be handled according to the principles of confidentiality, diligence, impartiality and full respect for the fundamental rights of everyone involved.
The maximum response time is three months from receipt of the report, in accordance with current regulations.
